Your registration includes access to all workshop sessions. In-person registrations also include catering, networking opportunities, access to event sponsors and post-event presentation materials. Virtual registrations include access to all live-streamed sessions, virtual networking opportunities, event sponsors and post-event presentation materials.
Yes. WARPW 2026 offers a full virtual attendance option. Online delegates will receive access details before the event and can participate in all live-streamed sessions, connect with other virtual attendees and engage with event sponsors.
Yes. If you're unable to attend the full workshop, you can register for a single day. Single-day registration options are available during the registration process.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organisers. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details of the cancellation policy.
Tickets for the workshop dinner are $50pp (including GST).
Dinner includes a two-course set menu featuring an entrée and main course. Please note that beverages are not included in the ticket price. Drinks can be purchased separately throughout the evening via the QR code available at your table or directly from the main bar.
By attending WARPW 2026, your participation will be recorded and verified for inclusion in your 2026 MyCPD summary under CPD Category 1.
Yes. Where possible, plenary sessions will be recorded and made available to registered delegates after the event.
Presentation slides will be made available after the workshop where permission has been provided by the speaker.
No. Abstract presentations are not part of the 2026 workshop program.
Yes. A certificate of attendance will be provided to registered delegates following the workshop.
Yes. Complimentary visitor parking is available on site. Please use the designated visitor parking bays and avoid any spaces marked "Reserved".
No. Accommodation is not included in the registration process. Delegates are responsible for arranging and booking their own accommodation directly with their preferred provider.
The dress code for the WARPW 2026 and workshop dinner is smart casual. We recommend dressing comfortably for a full day of learning, networking and discussion. As temperatures can be cooler in the mornings and evenings in late October, bringing a light jacket or layer is recommended.
